Meet DIAMETER at Formnext 2026 in Frankfurt

From 17 to 20 November 2026, DIAMETER will exhibit at Formnext, the international trade fair for additive manufacturing, in Hall 11.0, Stand C77.

DIAMETER will be at Formnext 2026, in Frankfurt am Main from 17 to 20 November. The project will have its own stand in Hall 11.0, Stand C77, which OCG coordinates on behalf of the consortium. This follows Formnext 2025, where Fraunhofer presented one of the DIAMETER pilot cases.

At the stand, visitors can learn how DIAMETER combines hybrid additive manufacturing with digital decision tools to support circular-by-design production of metal components. Consortium partners will present the project’s industrial pilot cases through videos and panels.

The team will also introduce DIAgonal, the decision-support platform under development within the project. DIAgonal is designed to help manufacturers assess design options, plan hybrid production processes and evaluate end-of-life strategies such as reuse, remanufacturing and recycling.

For DIAMETER, Formnext is a chance to discuss its approach with manufacturers, technology providers and researchers, and to gather feedback from potential end users.

The DIAMETER team will be on site for all four days.
